The room was good with AC, we were happy about that. the food was brilliant with a wide range of alternatives. - the location was super for Montecatini Terme, just next door to the railway, Tuscany at the beginning of August, and Montecatini Alto.

Was a good home base for trip. Thoroughly enjoyed spending my time in this clean budget hotel. The location was marvellous and the staff was charming during the whole stay! You could walk to supermarkets and shops...

The room was exceptionally nice and absolutely fantastic and featured climate control, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

The location was perfect, just a short distance from the city center, and I never had trouble finding free parking right in front of the hotel. The value for money was unbeatable, especially compared to other hotels in the area. The owner even treated me to a welcome drink and didn't charge me for my beer on the second night. They were always there to assist with anything I needed, and they even accommodated me for an extra night when the hotel was fully booked. This hotel is perfect for a short stay, with all the amenities you'd expect at a mid/low price. The elevator made it easy to access the upper floors, and the room had a lovely sunny balcony. Though the services and amenities weren't the most modern, everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread had a great variety of sweet and savory options, and the woman serving was delightful. The staff even provided a kettle and iron upon request. The self-service breakfast had delicious pastries, rolls, cake, yogurts, cold meats, and made-to-order coffee. The hotel's proximity to the train station was a huge plus, making it super convenient to explore nearby cities like Florence, Viareggio, and Lucca. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Great location in terms of proximity to tourist attractions and public transportation. Rooms were clean and tidy, and the breakfast was decent. I also appreciated the fact that the room had a balcony which provided a great view of the surrounding area.
